MARISOL

MARISOL is a non-profit organization that started out as a small group of divers and activists focused on cleaning beaches along the Meso American Reef. Faced with an overwhelming amount of plastics being recovered they reached out to the local community for solutions. Through community support they developed a shredding machine, and consequently a technique for turning the shredded plastics into building materials.
