Submitting Requests to us

  • We accept all domestic and overseas but not for profit organizational libraries.
  • OCLC ILL subsystems.
  • Non-OCLC members, please use ILLiad Web Borrowing forms: http://192.211.16.33/illiad/EVER/lending/lendinglogon.html
  • We encourage all Non-OCLC libraries to use ILLiad, but will accept other methods.

Methods of Delivery

  • Books: ORBIS Ground Courier, or U.S. Mail (Library Mail Rate)
  • Photocopies: Odyssey, Ariel, Fax, or First Class U.S. Mail
  • Rush book request: FedEx on your account

Turnaround Time

  • We process and ship items within 1 to 3 working days.

Loan Period

  • 4 weeks

Renewals

  • Additional 4 weeks.

Circulating Items

  • Books, Government Documents, Maps, Theses, CDs, Music and Spoken Word Recordings on Cassette (not Master), Newspapers on Microfilm,

Some journal titles on microfilm.

Non-Circulating Items

  • Rare Books, Periodicals, Archives, DVD, VHS, CD-ROM, Audio Masters, Reference items (some exceptions for limited loan period), Reserve Books for classes.

Photocopy

  • Limit to 50 pages. When the journal is on the microfilm, we may lend the eniter microfilm if the article exceeds page limit.
  • Send via Odyssey, Ariel, E-mail, US Mail.

Payment

  • OCLC IMF payment method
