Wiki Posting Procedure

This process starts with the need for and then the creation of a google document. The link to that document is posted on a "New Wiki" page. A prodecure that is currently being developed will help many people edit and review one document. After it is agreed that a page is in a finished state, it is decided where it belongs in the Wiki and will be moved there.
