Campus Food Survey

A good starting point for an action-oriented CIRAL food project might be to devise and circulate a campus food survey, in order to assess student opinion of campus food. This could also garner information and ideas from students about how they would like to see the campus food system change.

This survey could coupled with the collection of information from other institutions that operate alternative food systems on their campuses.

Another component would be to research impacts and developments in the outsourcing of college food services to private corporations.
