The book should be centered around answering the question of what is civic intelligence.  To do that, it needs to be laid out in a step by step process starting with intelligence at an individual level and then branching outwards.  It should look at examples throughout the world.

  • What is it? provide examples

2 Collective Intelligence:

  • What is it? Differentiate from Individual intelligence and find commonalities. How is collective intelligence different from civic intelligence?

3 Civic Intelligence:

  • What is it? Provide case studies (observed observation) of civic intelligence. Provide conceptual models of civic intelligence utilizing SeeMe diagrams
