There is a non-visual established system of Latin shorthand in English, and it could be appropriated by the class.

I personally feel like we may be re-inventing the wheel. Does anyone happen to know where to look for the kind of system that we are trying to establish? I imagine that in the last 20 years (or more) something must have been created or reused.
