Why am I interested in Civic Intelligence?

"Civic ends through civic means" is a very compelling and inspiring statement, giving rise to the notion that the power to effect positive change lies within groups of concerned citizens. Citizens not subject to the boundaries and restrictions of state and geography. But rather connected through the shared human condition.
