Faculty View

Faculty log into their my.evergreen.edu and follow the Curriculum Development link under the Faculty heading.

My offerings tab

This tab will show all curriculum associated with the faculty member (they must be listed as teaching the offering) in reverse chronological order. 09/10 information was imported from the previous system Catalog'r and the data may not be reliable.

Planning Units tab

Faculty can view the curriculum as a whole or by planning unit by using the Planning Units tab. Faculty as a whole can view anything confirmed. Faculty designated as PUCs (through Curriculum Settings for CMD1, through SIAASGN in Banner with CMD2) can view offerings in proposed status onward.

Although the status-based restriction was based upon faculty request, the feedback indicates it restricts faculty ability to adjust their plans based upon their peers' so this may be changed to be proposed-onward for all faculty.

Add Offering tab

This is the first step towards creating a full description. These fields were determined to be absolutely necessary, either for collection or to drive additional fields.

Add Summer Offering tab

This is the first step towards creating a full summer description.Summer offerings require different fields (or different choices within certain fields) than offerings occurring the Academic Year.
